It's time to unleash your inner superhero! Mark your calendars for UPAAH Palakasan 2026, where friendly competition, laughter, and camaraderie take center stage. This year's theme, "Palakasan ng Pinoy Superheroes," celebrates the iconic heroes we grew up with and the everyday heroism we see in our own community.
Will you fight for Darna, stand strong with Captain Barbel, or forge your team's victory with Panday? Team recruitment officially kicks off during the Hawaiʻi Walk for Health on August 29, so come ready to choose your side and rally your family and friends!
Our Palakasan season includes:
- August 29 - Hawaii Walk for Health and Summer Picnic
- September 19 – Team Hiking Challenge, sunrise at The Makapuʻu Point Lighthouse Trail
- October 17 – Yoga Activity & Palakasan Finals
Whether you're an athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply coming to cheer on your teammates, there's a place for everyone. Friends, spouses, children, and supporters are all welcome to join in the fun. After all, Palakasan isn't just about winning games—it's about building friendships, celebrating our UP spirit, and creating memories together.
